can someone say me if my r speeds are good or not
cuz its my frist bhop map
and I dont know so mutch about r speeds

What do you mean with r speeds?
If you can speak german, you may also want to reply in german (you still need to provide a english translation).

@Kia, Begather,
r_speeds is a command which shows the amount of entity and world polygon count to a player. Mappers decided to call it "r speeds" instead of polygon count.
He is probably asking for some advanced mapper to give him advices regarding the polygon count. Maps with lesser amount of polygons rendered are more optimized and give higher FPS.

What kind of toaster does someone have to have low FPS in CS 1.6, lol?

GoldSrc is an old engine and it really has problems with rendering high amounts of polygons. Newer engines can render a lot more polygons and still maintain higher FPS. Although that kind of optimization is not really needed as it was needed like 10 years ago, Hammer already does some visleaf cutting on its own which should be good enough.
