I have a zombie escape mod.

When I hit a human server is normal, but when a human hits zombie server goes down, someone know what is that problem?

Take a look at the console when the crash occurs, what does it show? Also, does anything happen like this when you're not running that mod?

We probably need to know exactly what plugin you're using. Are you using the latest version of HLDS? What version of AMX Mod X are you using?
