Pretty sure this map was supposed to have water in the tunnel of love but that it got removed at the release, you can even hear Ellis says "the water is so cool". Does there is a way to restore it with stripper source ? For the water ambience's sound definitely possible, but adding the water itself at a precise place...

If you don't have a custom water model to spawn with stripper source then you are gonna have to edit the map to add water.
