Hard to imagine that they're going to fix it. Easier to spectate in tournaments (I don't watch any but I heard something like this). Maybe if they somehow disable "change cameraview with numbers 0-9" feature in casual modes...
PS. Figured out that if you bind something to f1-f12 it doesn't work when you are dead but if you open console and press those keys, it works. But this doesn't work on 0-9 buttons because those actually write something down in console. I hope this helps someone!
