The seDirector plugin does still handles the following:
- Server automatic updates
- In-game player notification of updates
- In-game player notification of restart/update via Tasks

• sv_hibernate_when_empty is automatically set to 0 on CSGO servers (required for automatic updates to work)
• Updated stock maps to exclude from BZ2 compression
