I have also no rights for this command, but in user.ini I have the following:

Do I have to add the Flag Z ? I don't think so, because of user (no admin)

ADMIN_USER = z flag
Thus you need z flag. It took me a while to figure out that Chronic used ADMIN_USER, I just changed it to ADMIN_ALL .
If you don't want to fudge with the code, just give everyone in your users.ini the z flag - but that might create probs down the road.

Or can I easily change the flag in the .sma-file ? If possible, where exactly ?

EDIT: Ah, now I looked by my self in the script and now I know what you are meaning ! I changed the ADMIN_USER now in ADMIN_KICK.
(I am not very good in understanding English very well ;))

Updated. Took off all admin flags etc. It doesn't check your access flags anymore. This will work 210% for any player.
