It depends on the player itself.

He is prone to getting stuck for first timers with the boss (took me a few tries to learn him), other than that, is balanced for my end.

you mean the dash where if you do it against ground you end up stuck during dash timer? Ya that's unintentional but at same time only way to balance dash

You can just get his velocity, getvectorlength that, and if it is less than some set speed, stop the dash

Just finished updating serpentine.
Noticable changes:
  1. Divided dash's velocity and cooldown(default values) in half.
  2. Rewrote blaster and bullet rain code
  3. Added a new bgm to serpentine.
  4. Fixed fastdl folder not containing any .bz2 files

Alright, update time.
Changes:
Included phy file in cfg so it will now download.
Added new abilities to subplugin.
Rewrote some things so subplugin takes up LESS MEMORY.
Added translation file for subplugin.
Removed subplugin from serpentine's zip. Added download to subplugin's zip.
