Ever heard about "naming and shaming"?
This is what you do with such a list without proof.
Why whould you lie about that...
You don't like him
He refused to help you somewhen
You don't like his nose....
You can continue this list the whole day long and still could add tons of reasons why you actually would lie about that guy.

Add proof for your claims or hold them with you.
Also i doubt that this would help in any way or form, but that's up to you.

hmm... you have ha point.. but i have removed the chat with him on steam so..

Add me into ddoser list too, i have crashed all entire GoldSrc game server in my country too. Because they are not pure steam server ohohoho.
