This plugin has sound and materials files that doesn't fit in CS:GO. Here's fixed version:

Csgo barely has any shared content... Is this breaking news?

I made a quick mod for my server (we are very much into ear-raping people) with two more extra sounds when the thunder hits.

Now the plugin plays "ambient/explosions/explode_9.wav" , "ambient/halloween/thunder_04.wav" and "ambient/thunder2.wav" at the same time

I have also made a modded version (without smoke) for L4D2 with different sounds
