You should search for "sXe Injected"
Anyway, ban by steam id is better

Steam-id changer only works on non-steam server.

From Punk Buster. "Your guid is loosely based on the CD key that was used to install the game on your computer." Old garbage thread dredged up. Entities depicting a CD KEY post 2004 is shady. That's not a HDD GUID. Clearly it is company's concoction to accommodate NON-STEAMERS.
