Hi, I wondered if you guys can help me.

If possible, I would like to modify the plugin for have the ability (as admin) to turn the whole plugin on client amd also when it set on client it will show hud-message that annoucements.
like amx_wallbullets H3h3 1. and the hud msg will be like "H3h3 is now can shoot through all walls with all weapons!"

Cant contact with the author of the plugin since he is not active anymore.

Please delete that long code and attach the plugin.
