I have steamids in a mysql databas and I what is this:

1. When someone that have his steamid in the mysql databas joins the server he gets acces to following CMDs and only this:

/say !warmup = exec warmup.cfg
/say !match = exec match.cfg
/say !3rs = exec go.cfg
/say !rs = sv_restartround 1
/say !kick CT or T = kicks the outer team.
/say !map "mapname" = changelevel "mapname"

amx_pass "password" = sv_password "password"
amx_u_rcon "cmd" = rcon "cmd"
