Help with prop static

Hello, is there a plugin or maybe someone is not hard to make an example so I can add items.

The usual prop-menu with static items and health. at least one thing to do in order to show an example.

I will be very grateful who will help me in my endeavors.

here is the finished code, you can remove the support "#include <zombie reloaded> " and give the opportunity to use this menu to all, and add health to the items.

Anyways, I wanted to post to recommend stripper source https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=39439 for this functionality just in-case someone else who stumbles here may need more functionalities on map load.
