    "Pre-version" of the 1.8 is here.

    Description :

    You get valve rocket launcher and powerplay.

    Commands :
    • sm_condump_on - you are Robin Walker
    • sm_condump_off - you are not Robin Walker
    • sm_robinmenu - A menu that show global things about the plugin
    • sm_beromenu - A menu to toggle the effect to a target (Note : sm_condump_on/off cannot target anyone)
    • sm_resettp - Set Firstperson view
    • sm_robineffects - When you are the TF2 creator, you have the menu to add/remove conditions(effects)

    ConVars :
    • sm_berobin_version - The plugin version (don't touch this)
    • sm_bero_sound - The sound (music) that plays when there is atleast 1 Robin Walker - (default : "ui/gamestartup26.mp3") - (Note : the music can be found on Team Fortress 2/tf/tf2_sound_misc_dir.vpk/sound)
    • sm_bero_soundtime - The duration of the music chosed (in seconds) - (default : "96.5")
    • sm_bero_enable - Enable or Disable the plugin - (default : "1")
    • sm_bero_forcesoldier - If the player is not a soldier, it will change class for him - (default : "1")
    • sm_bero_canchangeclass - If the player can change class while being Robin - (default : "0")
    • sm_bero_canchangeteam - If the player can change team while being the god - (default : "0")
    • sm_bero_canattackeveryone - Set Gaben Robin to gray grey team to destroy his old ennemies/teammates - (default : "0")
    • sm_bero_conservebuildings - When the player was engineer, set his buildings desactivated and godmode - "1" to conserve - "0" to vanish buildings - (default : 1)

    Features :
    • The player can toggle thirdperson/firstperson view by calling a medic
    • Change the player name to"Robin Walker (player name)" (It will change back to his name if he doesn't want to be Robin Walker)
    • Hide the name change
    • Be able to remove/add conditions/effects
    • Admin Menu Integration (sm_beromenu)

    Known bugs:
    1. Sentry disabled can be reactivated by a a spy (situation :There is a sentry is desactivated by the ConVar, and there is an enemy spy, if the spy switch his weapon to the sapper on the sentry then switch to another weapon : it will reactivate the sentry (Valve bug, tested in non-dedicated server : commands used to test : "ent_fire !picker addoutput "Disable"))
    2. When Robin is on grey team, he can pass through everyone but for other players : they have collisions on him

    Dependencies :

    Installation instructions :
    1. Install TF2Items
    2. Install [INC] Multi Colors and put into sourcemod/scripting/include
    3. Do not click "Get Plugin", it will send you an error
    4. Install the .smx file and put into sourcemod/plugins
    5. Optional Install the .sp file, now you can edit or compile it

    How to update :
    • Just reinstall the .smx or install the .sp then compile it
    • Remove the "be-robinwalker.cfg", you can find in tf/cfg/sourcemod

    Wow, I really love this plugin. Really like all the little details like changing your name to Robin, adding music, soldier laughing, ect. Wonderful job!

    Only thing I can say is that if you touch resupply locker, you lose your valve rocket launcher and are set back to your launcher still with crits and the ability to change weapons again. Not that big of an issue though

    Yes i forgot about the resupply locker because I tested the plugin only on MvM I’ll fix that

    New Release v1.0.1 :
    • Fixed bug when you touch the resupply locker you lose the valve rocket launcher
    • Fixed bug about round start and round end

    • Changed command name : "sm_debugrobin" to "sm_robinmenu" because it's not a debug menu...
    • Changed command name : "sm_robinmenu" to "sm_robineffects" because it's better
    • Improved code

    New Release v1.0.3 :
    • "Fixed" about "Grey Team" code : for MvM mode you are = in "White Team", and for non-MvM = you are on "Grey Team"
    • "Fixed" (because didn't notice because of australium_weapons plugin "fixed" this thing) about when you touch resupplies lockers when you are Robin, you will "drop" Valve Rocket launcher and get it new, problem : player can switch their weapon for having the valve rocket launcher dropped

    Hello again! Still love this plugin but I have noticed one pretty large issue. When this plugin is loaded, nobody can type in chat at all. Seems to block messages from coming through. Console still shows that they go through and commands done through chat work, but they do not appear

    Can you give me a screenshot of this bug ?

    Also, are you sure the problem is my plugin ? Because I only just blocked change name notification.

    I have a new release (not uploaded yet on my github because I’m on Internet in reduced flow because my internet network do a mess) that improve code optimisation. So if you have some screenshots for me to fix the bug for the release.


    When you say « nobody can type in chat at all » does it mean they can’t discuss or they can’t just see commands typed ?

    If it’s commands typed what cmds are included ? The plugin itself (e.g : !condum_on) ? Or all other cmds ?

    I can’t do anything for the moment.

    I have same bug. You can see only chat messages from voice commands.
    Edit: Also i have problems with roketjumps even after server restart.
