Getting some server crashes, usually shortly after round starts.
These 2 lines always appear in console log:

CLagCompensationManager::StartLagCompensation with NULL CUserCmd!!!
CLagCompensationManager::StartLagCompensation with NULL CUserCmd!!!

Im pretty convinced that ive checked all plugin sources that i use and cannot find any that would set m_hActiveWeapon so it seems its not that. Any one got any ideas what else it could have been?

I faced this problem too. And in the server console I get the same message. Does anyone have any idea how this is connected.

I've been having this issue occasionally for almost a year. I finally resolved it by totally removing the defib fix extension gamedata txt file (defibfix.txt) which I missed out. It is not enough to remove the extension files only I've been having this issue occasionally for almost a year. I resolve it by totally removing the defib fix extension.
