I want check the users files
like example:
if(Control Cod(user has this file) == filename.ini/txt/cfg..)
{
client_cmd(id,"Say I HAVE GOT %s FİLE",filename.ini/txt/cfg..)

}

Okey can we do this :
I have got this plan for cs 1.6 game:
I will control a file for example: config.cfg
Cods in the Config.cfg:
fps_max "101",
con_color "255 180 30",
....
....
...
I want control these example :
if user changed the fps_max x system will be kick and will send message with consol .
so this way I want control .cfg/.ini
