Hlds not working after windows 10 update.

Hey guys , I had a hlds server with me for the past 1 year. But now after the new Windows 10 update (Update , not the update from 8 to 10 , just an update) My server doesn't work. Now for the people who think I haven't Port forwarded or my fire wall may be closed , believe me , I have checked it more than 10 times , it open .I have the following addons : 1. Amxmodx 2. Podbot 3. Dproto. Please help me . And yeah , one more thing it is visible on LAN , but nor steam nethier gametracker detect it on Internet. Please help

I have steam ! I have downloaded it using steam cmd only.

Removed dproto. It didn't help.
