That is wrong. Ham_Spawn passes the player index to the function. There is no reason to loop through all the players since you are only wanting to give the items to 1 person, not all. Plus, when you use get_players with flag 'a', you are already getting all alive users, so checking if they are alive again is not needed

I can buy same thing in same round how many times i want.

You can't find any entity on map in plugin_precache forward because it's executed right before the first entity is spawned.
The best method is using native remove_entity_name then create_entity and DispatchKeyValue in plugin_init forward.
