Sourcebans has a votekick/voteban feature? what version do you use?
In this case, I think editing an existing plugin (and do a pullrequest for the public or so) is much better than wrote a new plugin from scratch.

Sorry I fell ill the last few days.

As I said, I'm using the default plugin that comes with Sourcebans, so it's basebans.smx I believe

I think you mean basevotes.sp from sourcemod.

basebans.sp is also the default plugin from SourceMod NOT SourceBans.
Also it matters which version of SourceBans you're using.

The thing is, this type of plugin already exists for L4D(2) BUT I've no knowledge if it will work for other games AND it definitely does not have SourceBans integration unless...
