As in 1.6, the ip routing plugin is available? What plugin can I use for this?

I want to forward a different IP when the server is full.

I have 2 servers. I want to direct the players who are trying to enter the server which is full to the empty server. This plugin was available in 1.6.

You can try this one: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=255675 with its H-reserve addon.

This won't be like in CS 1.6 since valve disabled the connect box, however you've got some options, the best (but hardest to configure) being a steambot invite.
