I get this error

Code:
WARNING: couldn't open sunfire.wad
but inside /valve I have these files and also in server folder

http://supersonix.tk/valve/maps/xyz_sunfire.bsp
http://supersonix.tk/valve/sunfire.wad

I have no error on Log Terminal so this is very strange, I open also wad and all is good
Look also this please
http://peterlongx.altervista.org/Fla...ds_problem.htm

The only way if one player want to play this map is to copy manually .wad into your /valve folder but this is bad - there is a fix ?

I check also plugins but is not connected, is all ok and also permission is good (rw,rw,r)

P.S: I find this map here
http://files.anitalink.com/gamecache/hl/ag/maps/

Some maps out there are bugged and cannot precache the `.wad` files, and your seems to be one of those.
There is nothing you can do about it. Unless you got the map source file. Then you can build the wad files within the map.
You could also try to run a server with ReHLDS, to see if the problem is fixed.

This is the first time I hear that maps can be bugged in such a way. This can happen for multiple reasons:

1. You don't have cl_allowdownload set to "1".
2. The server doesn't have sv_allowdownload set to "1".
3. The map is missing a .res file, which you can easily make.
4. The .wad file isn't uploaded on the downloadurl.

I solve - it was a .res file missing

in maps folder I create xyz_sunfire.res file with this content:
Code:
maps/xyz_sunfire.res
sunfire.wad
