yeah i entered cvarlist in console and it didn't show any sh cvars

type amx plugins in server console and show us the results... it sounds like some heros arent working...

In game i type "amx plugins" "amx_plugins" and "amxplugins" None worked it said Unknown Command:.

Is there anyway to edit a hero besides the shconfig? like the heros sma file? would it work if i edited the hero there?

Yeah amx works so does sh mod I play on it everyday with no problems, I even have new heros such as Gohon, Cola lover, Vash and alot more

looks like you used to have amx 9.9 installed and switched but kept the metamod plugins.ini most of those are not needed in 9.8a, just this

; AMX Mod win32 addons\amx\dlls\amx_mm.dll ;linux addons\amx\dlls\amx_mm_i686.so ; Mostermod win32 addons\monster\dlls\monster_mm.dll ;linux addons\monster\dlls\monster_mm_i386.so

notice the .so files have a ; in front, cause they are not for windows and are not needed, you are probably better off deleting your addons folder and starting over with an installer

if you don't wanna go that route, make sure to download all the sh files in the main amx sticky post in general, the 9.8 files not the 9.9 files and use all the files in the amx folder, ignore the ones in the config folder, they are for 9.9
