I noticed TFTrue changes the game description from "Team Fortress" to "TFTrue" when a server is running it. I am making a pretty heavily modified server package for TF2 servers, and I am curious if anyone knows how to change this without making a MM plugin or .dll file.

right now you'd need an MM plugin to do that. You could add it to the "useful hooks" feature requests on the tracker though. It's a very simple hook so we could add it without going through the dynamic hook system.

that or you could just request a native like SetGameDescription()

Did the SetGameDescription ever become a native? If not, is there a very simple MM plugin that can take a parm to do this?
