For the SQL folder you only need to upload the install.sql file, this does not have to be in the public folder but does need to be accessed from the command line SSH The last folder you need to have upload is the scripts folder, most of the time you are going to want the scripts AKAamon folder on the same server as the database, in 90% of cases this is going to be the website. For this folder it is extra important that people can not access this from the website. IE do not put it in the folder where you can see it in your browser. This is for security reasons

You need to upload it, where your MySQL Server is (like onto your vps/dedicated server; phpmyadmin etc)

Upload it where you want the sql file, you just need to import that into the database

Because sourcebans does a auto import of the database when you install it.

In the SQL folder, there is a file called install.sql

On the server hosting your database go to your cpanel install click on the phpmyadmin and on the left side there is a link to the database you created for hlx click on that.

once in there at the top there is a import tab, click it and on there you can select a SQL file to import use the install.sql
