how about removing cheat flag from all cvars and allowing everyone to execute cvars, but kick a player if he enters a cheat command in console?

I've seen a simillar private plugin. It kicks a player when he tries to access an admin command of that plugin.

I have a problem with this plugin, I'm running a listen server for Left 4 Dead. When someone runs a command in the console, it will think that I ran the command. So if I have admin privileges everyone can use the console, but if I don't no one can use it. I'm very new to sourcemod all together and I apologize if this is a stupid post.

Oh dear god in heaven. Say it aint so!?!?! There are going to be many issues with a listen server.

Exactly. Don't run listen servers. I haven't tested with them, and I really wouldn't recommend doing what you are attempting to do.

hi i am haveing the same issue i own 4 DOD:S servers i have all permition to every thing 99:z still wont let me enter any comand sm_admin_cheats_level "z" <sv_cheats 0> nothing

Any chance this could be modified to support the *exec* command?

OR -- alternatively as others have suggested, could we get this set up so that we can enable cvars in addition to commands?

As for the CVARs, you do not need to remove the FCVAR_CHEAT flag from it.
I tested it with L4D, you can just do SetConVarString(hCVAR, sValue).

OK, so i got it to work finally, woo hoo, sad part about it is .... i thought that this plugin would make it so i could run my cfgs that require sv_cheats 1 to be on, turn outs they dont unless ofcourse im wrong? which i really hope i am as ive had a streak with that lately.

Regarding cheat commands: The sm_cvar command will already let you change the value of cheat commands, so it's not necessary for me to write it again.
