I installed it and it works with the radar.dds but not with the txt file.
here are the logs:

any idea why?

valve blocked it
so server can't advertise anymore

How ppl do load their radars this days?

my all maps are black radar. do i need this plugin to force load the radar files and put it into maps folder?

This plugin is useless, Valve blocked forcing clients to download radar and map loading images. Refer to my post earlier.
