No, there's already a Cvar in svencoop like I said...So..yeah..

Yeah, that's what I thought you told me that I thought they where saying something else.

Anyway, most people(95%) didn't know about it so that's why this plugin is here.

Useless.
All this does is switch a cvar that most server admins know by hearth(Like me for an example.)
Besides Its a bad idea to put this in server.cfg because some SC maps are depending on a npc to be killed and maps with critcal npcs usually have killnpc 0 in their mapname.cfg(which is included with every map)
The 95% would be the normal players that don't need to run a server...

AMXX has a generic command to change cvars, it's called amx_cvar.

I know but maps like breakfree(the first) Depend on killing the Friendly Scientist....
