I have a lot of plugins and I'm certain one of them is causing immense lag. I cannot just unload and load due to certain problems. How can I check at any moment which plugin takes how much resources at any moment?

It shows lots of values. What are the values should I check if my "sv" skyrockets to 100 ms if I "feed it" with actions?
