download:
gcc 2.95

-install it
-open shell window and go to the directory of prog which you want to compile (example: c:\amxx)
-enter: "path=<installdir of gcc>\bin" (example: c:\gcc\bin)
-type "make"

now it should start compiling and in one subfolder there should be the .dll (for windows) in another the .so (for linux)
