before you keep suggesting bugs or glitches please TEST them in a server and let me know for sure that what your trying to say actually will happen, as the checking timer is only 2 secs... and unless you HeadShot OR have everyone lined up in a row.. will be very hard to multi kill them... thus why its called freekiller... as NO guard will purposely kill a LINE of prisoners unless he is a freekiller.

so PLEASE test this plugin. otherwise don't reply anymore about how bad you think this is.

Lol ct banner has nothing to do with this. Is true that admins could ban who does freekill but you should remember that there isnt admins online all the time so an auto plugin should be good idea. What you could do is make like a fusion of this plugin with ct banner. Would be good i think
