Any command except those that manually check admin flags using GetAdmin and GetAdminFlag can be overridden using Overrides. Even RegConsoleCmd can be overridden as of SM 1.5.

ddhoward is quite elite-coder so he certainly used snapshots during that time (Which had overrides on concmds).

If you even bothered to read the code of this plugin, you'd know that overrides will work here. Stop spouting nonsense.
