I opened the scrds_run file with filezilla, (view/edit), and modified the "DEBUG" to "1", i wanted to try something.
Restarted the server - error :

 ash: ./srcds_run: /bin/sh : bad interpreter: No such file or directory

I did everything back like it was and still the same error
It can be an encoding problem? from notepad? i tried ASCI ,everything..
I don't know what to do

I assume you have ssh access? If so try to use the dos2unix utility, and/or open it in vi/vim and run :set fileformat=unix then save with :wq!

If this does not work, post back.
