I need help how to update or upgrade buy menu in deathmatch my csdm have 2.1.2 version

I have this menu

how to update to this menu

because menu 2 is best is "number 9" for more search armor

you are the bot in photo 1 is number 8 for more search for weapons in photo 2 is 9 for more search for weapons , this is the problem pleas help my :S:S:S
