Things We Need For Our PUG Scrim Server:
NOTE: This Must Be A SMX with customizable cvar.

1) Warm up around [all guns and grenades enabled,unlimited money]
Type !r or rr for Ready.

2) VOTE: RWS "Round Win Stats" Vs "Team Captains Round" Mode Selection after 5v5 begins.
in the event of "Team Captains Round" winning the vote a 5v5 round starts, the last player standing on each team wins "Team Captain", then it goes to a quick 1v1 round
The winner of that round it's the choice of "the map" or "Sides" if they choose "Sides" the other "Capt." chooses the map. Once the map begins the player that got "Sides" chooses what side to start on A or B. After all of that the Scrim begins.

3) Automatic demo recording.

4) ".spec" lets a player in spectate that has typed ".sub" replace them once the next round starts.

5) !pause [pauses the game for everyone] only the captain can do this. This will allow them to Sub out a player. !pause only lasts up to 30 seconds.

6) All talk enabled "during warm-up round" and !pause,[team talk only] during match gameplay.

7) if a player leaves during a match automatically banned for 12 hour.

!kick initiates "vote kick" 3 consecutive kicks within 1 day = 3 day ban.
