Here is a complete Windows only server setup for COOP and SURVIVAL. Add server name and password to server.cfg file. Server is 66 tick. Sourcemod is 1.11.0.6911. Metamod is 1.11.0-git1145.
CSM works flawlessly with multislots and idling/afk, as do all the other plugins.
The file server3.zip is GeoLite2-City.mmdb 7-zipped and then zipped so it is small enough to post here.
Read INSTRUCTIONS.txt in missions.cache folder for ACS (Automatic Campaign Switcher). ACS changes all stock and custom campaigns. You have to add any maps "DisplayTitle" names from their mission file that are not in missions.phrases.txt, to that file = most campaigns are already in that file btw.
Admin menu is very custom and awesome with a plugin loader/unloader under the Admin "Server" settings menu. sm_unloadplugin admin-flatfile.smx will unload that plugin to the Disabled folder in Plugins folder and you can then sm_loadplugin it righ back in. Also you can sm_reloadplugin. All those commands work in game and from Source Admin Tool. the sm_rts command from Source Admin Tool empties your server and sends all participants back to a lobby if you need to get on your server. Other helpful Source Admin Tool commands: sm plugins list, meta list, sm exts list, sm plugins refresh all
