Ok i had my admins set up in admin cfg and when I connected to sourcebanns all my admins are gone now? any idea?

SourceBans handles admins itself. If you don't want it to do that, open your SourceBans.cfg and change EnableAdmins and BackupAdmins to 0

I set up my source bans admins so far as lower lever admin which I unchecked the unban tick this allows no perma bann.I aslo set up high level admin which can perma ban. Is there anything to uncheck or check to make a middle level?

Middle level in what kind?
Enable perm banning but no unbanning or something?
You'd need to modify the plugin to use an custom flag for perm banning to get all the choice you want.

I think he is referencing some other admin mod or something. We setup our admin to have a Low, Middle, High, and Super Admin level. Then we pass out the various admin levels based on who we are giving it out to.

Only you can decide what your middle admin should have. Honestly though, our low level admins can't ban, only kick, then our middle level admins can ban but with only a certain amount of time, then our high admins can do permanent bans.

I was just using SourceBans, refreshed the page and it showed all expired bans as Permanent. I then restarted Firefox (4 beta 6) and it showed all bans correctly again... very werid, haven't been able to reproduce the problem but will post back if I can.

Also showed the incorrect ban count number on the ban list page, but worked correctly after restarting.

Is there a way to register server admins by Name/password or IP? People have cafe steam accounts, so their IDs change every time and I can't register them by STEAM.
I use now admins_simple.ini, but when an admin bans someone, it will just show up as 'CONSOLE', with no way to tell who banned who. Admins registered with they Steam_ID are showed right, but admins which enter server with name/password are logged in database as 'CONSOLE'...
