[CSGO] Search for Plugins!!

i know this plugins from 1.6 but i want it for csgo.

follow_the_wounded // follow the lost blood
heartbeat // for example under 20hp sounds it
show_admins_vl // display permanant the online admins
zoom_info // display the distance for weapons with zoom

maybe like this or can anyone write a plugin for me?
