A while back i saw a post about lowering cpu usage but i can't seem to find it.
Also is there any other way to lower cpu usage. I have already made very low rates

Could it be #10 in net_graph variance issues ?

It's got some problems

sm_cvar net_compresspackets should be 1

sm_cvar sv_turbophysics should be 0 unless you specifically know you need it as 1
