It needs allot of work also I changed his health by the following commands

sm_cvar tf_merasmus_health_base "1000"
sm_cvar tf_merasmus_health_per_player "1000"
sm_cvar tf_merasmus_health_regen_rate "0"

Why does the merasmus event not work either ?

On merakus which spawned with this plugin bombs do not react.

While I did initially have a bit of trouble understanding this post, I have to agree and say that if you take the bomb back to Merasmus nothing happens.

I spawned Merasmus on koth_lakeside_event and gave myself one of those rocket launchers that will kill in one shot. Got first achievement then went to island and grabbed the head and got the 2nd achievement. Don't know what you did wrong.

Those commands are overriding my sethealth for it
Got to find another way i guess.

Also have an update,

1.1
- Uses OnGameFrame so Glow/Resize set in configs work.
- Some code cleanup
- No longer uses level
- Added a slay command to kill merasmus
- Precaches on mapstart instead of pluginstart

This probably wasnt intended to be used on maps other than koth_lakeside_event. I tried to just spawn him on my idle server and man, that was a really bad idea. Massive lag, totally glitched out and once he was killed he kept glitching in a infinite loop. Was hoping it would kinda work like HHH or eyeboss.

Agree, same issue on my server, if Hammer ever gets fixed i will try to add some logic to my custom maps. Also verified when he is spawn, you can't bomb him, even on lakeside.

You need the. Nav files for the map to prevent that lag. Any map with the. nav files will not cause the lag glitch.

50% of the time he works very well
50% of the time he doesnt.


i've installed him along with a bunch of other plugins.

if he's spawned alone he seems to be buged and not work as intended.
if i spawn a few horsemann first, he seems to act normal.

may or may not be related. dont know. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.
