That happens to many non-steam servers. Disable dproto and your problem is fixed.

But i cant disable dproto because a bit players using steam cs

Let me rephrase this: dproto IS the problem.
Furthermore: this forum supports ONLY steam servers.

Try removing dproto and check if the problem still occurs.

I think you ought to try disabling dproto. Does the problem still happen?

But other servers doesn't have this problem while having dproto
I heard a plugin can solve this bug but i dont know what is that

The exploit is a sXe exploit, not a dproto problem
