what should i do ?

and if i have another extensions how should i install them ???
and how can i install this hooker.ext ? ??

You're just missing sdkhook ext, there might have been a problem when you setup your sourcemod files.

and i don't have it in the zip file that i download in extension folder

Then try disable your antivirus then download the sourcemod again, the extention must have been there to install.
