Removes `workshop/xxxxxx` from the mapname of workshop maps in the server browser.

Requires SteamWorks

No, looks like that icon is only displayed if the map name starts with workshop/ so it won't be displayed.

This is only stripping the workshop portion and not the numbers. How can I fix that?

Does not work with Windows CSGO Server and current steamworks version. I think the issue is with steamworks and windows.
