[CS:GO] Is it possible to request user config file?

Hi, I was wondering if there is any API that is capable of requesting a user's config or a way to dump user's convars. For context I am on SourceMod 1.7.3 Git 5303 and Metamod 1.10.7 Git 952 on a May 5th, 2016 CS:GO build.
