Nope, not voice-chat. I am talking about wav files that can be imported and used in-game.

There are specific format requirements for WAV files to be able to play in the game. As far as I know, they are not optional. Have you looked that those requirements?

I have looked at one of them but I wasn't pleased with their quality, it was like if other servers used a better format requirement for their audios. I am looking for the one that is best.

If I remember correctly, it is 22.050 KHz, 16 bits, mono for .wav file
if the sound file is stereo, it will not even play
