So hi guys, i want to create Zombie Plague server but im hesitating which version of ZP to choose.

Can you guys suggest me which is more stable,good and open sourced?

Choose something that you'll have fun playing. Unless you've tried them all you can look up gameplays on youtube. I'm guessing they are already stable and open source since we haven't seen a new version in years.
