Yes should be the same.

@L4D players: Don't expect me to correct the attachment position, I'll just make this L4D2 only unless someone is interested in positioning the beams. PM me and I can send you the version which makes positioning easier.

while trying to compile it I noticed that the colors include is missing: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=96831

or is it supposed to be in the stock installation of sourcemod? either way.. i had to download it from the location above and it compiled flawlessly after that.

oh indeed.. i removed the #include <colors> and it compiled without errors.

Uhm? One is default part of the game, the other (not attached) is the plugin. Louis and Zoey are missing the correct attachment points so it will never look right on them.

Love to try this plugin, trying to install this on my local home pc, does it work locally? or only on a server?

I have Sourcemods, and SDKHooks installed. I placed the glare files in the right folder. Its not working...when I do a local lobby game.

How do I go about compiling your .sp file? Please help.

You can't see your own beam, can you not see it on the bots?

No, I can't. I figured out how to compile it. I dragged the .sp file to the spcomplie.exe.

Ok, this is what I did.

Downloaded sourcemod-1.4.2-windows.zip and placed the files under my steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons
Downloaded sdkhooks-2.1.0-windows.zip and did the same thing (without replacing any of the sourcemod folder, copies the files individually..durr).
Download your mod and followed the instructions. Even created a l4d_glare.cfg on the \left4dead2\cfg\sourcemod\ folder.
