If you whant to make a statistics about a subject, you can let visitators and users to vote a subject at your gameserver.
For example if you whant to ask players that they like/dislike the map just post the map for the pool. (cfg file)

The Vote panel should appear in motd or ingame menu (maybe with say command). The plugin should remember who made a vote before and let them only change they earlyer vote. It should remember the voters steamID.
The statistics are always visible in motd (maybe with say command).
The data should be stored (MySQL/SQL). The votes should not lost if the server is restarted.
You should be able to reset the vote. (admin command)
