I managed to get this working on No More Room In Hell by renaming connect.ext.2.ep2v.so to connect.ext.so. The same also works for the dll file.

This does work in the game but for some reason I must rename the file, perhaps some sort of loading support could be added? It is a SDK2013 game.

http://d2ware.net/ can handle user supplied passwords like this extension does

Any chance this to work on dota2 engine?

Try renaming the CSS dll? Other than that I'm not sure, since they're probably on different versions of Source. This trick works with NMRIH, but not sure about DOTA2.

It works with NMRIH as they're almost-identical versions of the same engine (same branch, different version), Dota 2 is a completely different branch.

Either way, games other than TF2 are unsupported (although css and sdk2013 are included in the gamedata to make it easier for people to go it alone - as those will work most of the time).

I tried to get this working on CS:GO but got no luck:

I got this after i renamed the connect.ext.2.ep2v.so to connect.ext.so :

According to the first post, this extension only works on Source 2009 (er.... 2013 now) games... which doesn't include CS:GO.

For that matter, asherkin even said in the post right above yours that TF2 is currently the only supported game, but it may work on CS:S and SDK2013 based games. (Wait, no HL2:DM or DoD:S ?)

Updated gamedata was pushed to the repo and the SourceMod gamedata updater about an hour after the update, and people have reported it works fine.
