First, nice plugin! I've been looking for something like this since Donations Control https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=221742 stopped working for me.

Does this have a back end at all where you can see who donated, how much, and when? Or do I have to go into the database manually? Is that how I would also remove someone when their perks expire?
