How to disconnect people who haven't enabled cl_allowdownload 1 on their client while connecting to server? Or force their client to download files? Server is running files that should be downloaded, otherwise they can't hear sounds/models. Problem is they can connect without downloading files and have all original instead changed ones.

Current server's settings:

What? Do you think that replacing files in your server will make people download those files?

Well I'm using UTsounds, killstreak sounds for example but if their config uses "cl_allowdownload 0" this doesn't let them get those sounds but still let connect. So they're entering a server with no downloads. I'm not talking about replacing original ones or something.

And this is game-breaking bug? It's their choice if they don't want sound. If you have custom models, they won't even be able to join the server if they don't have the file.

And I have custom sounds which wouldn't let them join if they don't have files aswell. As with a custom models or maps. Actually it's not a bug but plugin (ex. Ultimate sounds) is worthless to be loaded on plugins if people don't get downloads.

If the sound files are on your fast download server, they will get those files. They can't selectively choose to not download specific files.
